Not all carbs are created equal, sweet potato is a really good choice to get all your benefits from simple carbs. And this is super easy to prep and delicious.
PREP:
✅after washing the SP, slice it paper thin (if you have a mandolin, your job will be easier, but if not, use a very sharp knife and LOADS of patience)
✅Season with coconut oil (or avocado)+ pink salt + pepper + garlic powder + paprika
(I didn’t use any specific measures, it depends on your personal taste)
✅Preheat the oven at 300F and bake for 15 min. Every oven is different, so if they are still a little soggy leave it for a couple more minutes.
✅Wait for it to cool down and done!
