Ingredients

  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes washed
  • 1/2 cucumber peeled
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 2 Tbsp apple cider vinegar
  • 2 loafs stale bread vegan
  • 1 Tbsp olive oil extra virgin
  • pinch salt
  • pinch pepper freshly cracked
  • fresh basil for garnish

Instructions

  • Add all the ingredients into the blender and blend until smooth.
  • Place it in a bowl and chill for at least 30 min.
  • Serve with cherry tomatoes, basil and olive oil as garnish
