I am Federica Arévalo I am a filmmaker, that is also certified in nutrition, coaching, and plant-based gastronomy.
When I was a kid, I felt like I didn’t really have a voice until I became a filmmaker. Realizing that the food on film sets was terrible and damaging to my health, I delved deeply into books, documentaries, and certifications… obsessively.
I learned more about the food industry: how much harm we are causing to ourselves, the planet, and animals.
After MUCH trial and error, I went plant-based for my health, for the planet, and for those animals who can’t tell their story.
Honestly, making it delicious, practical and ‘on-the-go’ was challenging, but I did it!
Now, I know how to use my voice With the Verde is Better movement, I give a voice to those who don’t have one and help others connect more with the planet and with themselves in a practical way.
